As the world grapples with COVID-19 we write, above all, to wish you and your family continued good health.

We would like to assure you that we will continue to help you navigate your IT needs — as we have done for the past 32 years. We are committed to supporting you 24/7 for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.

We also wanted to share what we’re doing to support you during this time:

  • We are open for business: We are on the Government of Ontario’s Essentials List as we fall into the category of “Businesses engaged in providing or supporting Information Technology (IT) including online services, software products and related services, as well as the technical facilities such as data centres and other network facilities necessary for their operation and delivery”.
  • Remote Support: We continue to support our customers across our lines of business; Managed Services, Hosting, Disaster Recovery of all types, CNC Managed Services, JD Edwards Sales, implementation and Project Management Services, BUaaS, DRaaS a full Hardware & Platform Sales & Services and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Data Centers: Our physical plant personnel continue to test and monitor all our systems including our diesel generators and cooling systems at both of our data center locations.
  • Communication: We have ample communication capacity from our on net providers including Bell, AllStream, Cogeco, Rogers & Telus.
  • Our Staff: Internally, we have implemented a work from home policy to minimize our on-site staff and provide for rotational redundancy of personnel should we need it.

During this difficult time, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your business. We appreciate you and we are here for you.

Please take care of yourself and each other.

Dan Duffy, President & Zdy Orlinski, Secretary Treasurer
